Here i took the scibor emperor model and added feathers to the cloak.I found a pewter feather that had broken off of a empire fantasy model , pressed it into some quick mold gel cubes a few differnt ways and then filled with liquid green stuff. After it had dried i peeled the feathers off the gel cube and started layering them on the model.
